Anvil American is proud to provide stringline guidance system solutions to all parts of the world. However, with the privilege of international sales, comes the need to address special requirements to assure that the export of all shipments is as smooth as possible.
Should you desire shipment of our products outside of the United States, please be advised of the following guidelines:
- Most international orders are shipped "freight collect". Please advise us of your preferred freight forwarder in the "Special Requirements/Comments" area of the checkout. We will be happy to schedule the pickup of your shipment, and will provide all necessary export documents to move the freight from the United States to your chosen destination. Should you desire Anvil American to "Prepay and Add" the freight cost to your order, please indicate such, and we will quote the shipment with our freight forwarders to obtain the best rate possible.
- Taxes and duties incurred during the shipment of goods internationally are the responsibility of the receiver/consignee. Anvil American is not responsible for these fees.
- International orders are paid by wire transfer. Please call our Accounting Department at 011 615 672 2600, or e-mail info@anvilamerican.com to obtain wiring instructions.
- For shipments to Canada and Mexico, please be sure to indicate your fax number during your account setup or when you checkout. This will ensure that we are able to forward a current NAFTA Certificate of Origin to you prior to border crossing, if necessary.
